ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2–8 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. You will receive an email notification once your order has been packed and is on its way.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–8 business days via Australia Post.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Flat Rate Shipping: $8.00

For calculated shipping rates, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & FREIGHT FORWARDING

Warhold currently ships only to customers located within Australia.

Orders placed using freight forwarding, mail forwarding, package forwarding, or parcel redirection services are not permitted. If we determine that an order is intended for delivery outside Australia through one of these services, the order will be cancelled.

This policy applies regardless of whether the purchase is for personal collection, gifting, or resale.

Warhold reserves the right to request additional information to verify a shipping address or cancel any order that does not comply with this policy.

PRE-ORDERS & IN-STOCK ITEMS

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be held until all items are available and shipped together in a single shipment.

If you would like your in-stock items to be dispatched as soon as possible, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.

If an order has already been placed containing both pre-order and in-stock items, we may be able to split the shipment at our discretion. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that the product you receive is damaged or defective you can contact us at contact@warhold.com.au to organise a return. If the item was damaged in transit, please leave the product in the parcel. Ideally include photos and the delivery address the product was delivered to so we can expedite the process.

Change of Mind

We accept products for change of mind so long as the product is returned sealed in its original packaging, is within 30 days of purchase and shipped at the buyer's expense. We'll then issue a credit to you or allow an exchange.
